UAE Government has launched a National Program for Happiness and Positivity. UTURN is seeking a film that promotes this initiative. Duration of the film should be up to 3 minutes. You can participate as individual or as a team. No more than 2 members will be allowed in the team. UTURN will shortlist up to 10 entries after submissions. The shortlisted videos will be screened on the inspiration stage at Dubai Lynx. The winner’s name will be announced at Dubai Lynx Festival of Creativity on March 13, 2018.
