Namo Gange Trust, supported by Ministry of Ayush has organised The Grand Master Of Yoga Contest. There will be three round in this competition. In first round contestants have to submit a video in which they will have demonstrate Yog-Asana, pranayama or yogic-kriyas (Yoga exercise). Duration of the video should be up to 20 minutes. All will submit their thoughts on Yoga in 4,000 to 5,000 words also. The language should be Hindi or English. Forty best contestants will be chosen after the all submissions. They will be eligible to participate in the Grand Finale which will be held in New Delhi, India.
A time of 20 minutes will be given to perform for each contestants in second round. Eight contestants will be selected in this round as a finalist. All finalists will be interviewed in the third round and the jury will declare the names of the winners.
