Gingerbread Lane Competition is seeking entries in three independent categories – Professional, Amateur and Child (ages 12 and under). One entry one person is allowed. Gingerbread creations must be made with edible materiales. It must be built upon a sound display board with a maximum surface of 2’×3′ and a minimum surface of 2’×2′. Culinary students will be treated in professional category.
Gingerbread creations must be delivered to hotel the Ballantyne Charlotte, USA between December 2, and December 5, 2017. Finalists will be chosen on December 6.
Entry form submission deadline :
November 28, 2017.
Professional winner (1st) :
- $500 gift card and one night stay in the executive suite.
Amateur winner (1st) :
- one night stay in the executive suite and dinner for 2 at restaurant.
Child winner (1st) :
- 2 hour culinary class & a personalized chef’s jacket.
People’s Choice winner :
- One night stay in grand deluxe room with breakfast for 2.
