You have to create a Puruvian inspired recipes menu in Young Chef Of The Year Peru Competition. Submit details about how you will design a three course meals for two covers. Each course must cover any of Peruvian super foods categories. The categories are super foods, super herbs, super roots, super vegetables and super fish. Must provide ingredients details and colour photograph of each dishes on e-mail.
Shortlisted finalists will be informed by telephone by 23 March 2018 and invited to cook-off final. It will take place in May 2018 in London. Eight finalists will be chosen there. After that finalists will prepare their menu and judges will decide the winner’s name.
- Open for UK residents who are students or already working in catering or hospitality industry.
- Age should be 25 years or under.

- The winner will win a trip to Peru including one week work experience in the kitchen of Peruvian Restaurant.
- Hotel accommodations, return flights from London to Peru and transport costs in Peru will be provided.
