The Economist is seeking entry for Open Future Essay Competition. It’s actually five essay contest. These are based on Borders, Ideas, Markets, Society and Progress themes. You may take part in anyone. Essay should be no longer than 1,500 words. One participant one entry is allowed. You have to submit your entry as plaintext. A judging panel will decide the winner’s name. Winners will be announced on 30 August, 2018.
Location : United Kingdom. Deadline : July 15, 2018.
The competition is open for all. Age must between 16 and 25 years.
- Winners will be invited to attend one of three Open Future Festival events to be held simultaneously in Hong Kong, London and New York.
- The winning entry will be published online by The Economist.
